How to get more from Google Adsense

One of the most common way bloggers earn from their blogs is by means of Google Adsense. Some even claim to make enough to make both ends meet.

But really now, how do you really earn big from Adsense?

Experts would talk about keywords, search engine optimization or SEO, search engine result page or SERP, viral marketing, and what-have-you!

How about us non-techie blogger? How do we get our fair share of  Money OnLine?

Well, Google is always willing to lend a hand to help us maximize our Adsense. One way to improve our earnings is to understand our visitors, and Google will help us do that by integrating Google Analytics with our Adsense reports.

Google Analytics will give us an insight into a variety of additional metrics which will help us realize our blog visitor’s behavior, such as:

The Bounce Rate. It helps us monitor our users’ engagement with our content. Lower our bounce rates are directly related to increased user interest and higher ad CTRs.

We can also analyze the Referring Keywords to help us gain insights on our readers’ expectation about our blogs. The better the match between the content of our landing page and the keywords our visitors search for, the more successful our ad placement can be.

If we know these important information, we can develop our content better which could result to increased Adsense earnings.

Don’t know how to integrate Adsense with Google Analytics? You can follow Google’s step-by-step outline or you can just click on the link “Integrate your Adsense account with Google Analytics” on the overview page of your Adsense account.

Still lost? Don’t worry, where on the same boat actually. Like I said, I’m not really a techie and talks like these easily throw me out of the window.

Fortunately, we can all sign up for “Google Analytics for Adsense publisherswebinar on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at 2:00 PM (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine time, GMT +8), 1:00 PM (Bangkok, Indonesia, Vietnam time GMT +7), 11: AM (Pakistan time GMT +5).

We can all attend that webinar and learn how we can earn more from Adsense. One note though, on the email I received regarding this webinar, there a line that says “please use Internet Explorer.”
